In the film industry we would often tell the actors to "find your light". It is sometimes difficult to light people as they walk through an entire scene. Often they have to stop on a mark where the light is very specific but can't really look down to find the mark so we say "find your light" instead. One can feel when they are in their best light. That is good advice for all of us as we trudge through life. It isn't always easy but if my dog, Clarence, can do it so can you.
